QA Agile Product Life Cycle With Scrum

Most of the people are following agile process. I am sharing my thought process about what QA team is following to deliver best product.

Every product or project has a backlog of different task. Every project/product has a development roadmap to achive Release time line.

We can use any tool to manage project like JIRA, etc. We can define defination of ready in sprint planing. Scrum master can put defination of Done(DOD) or impacted area when issue is done by developer.
